These Terms & Conditions govern use of https://rankemedia.com/ and, where expressly incorporated into an accepted proposal, order or service agreement, services provided by Ranke Media.

1. About Ranke Media

Ranke Media is the trading name of RANK E MEDIA LTD, company number 17500634.

Address: Office 1989, 85 Dunstall Hill, Wolverhampton, England, WV6 0SR
Email: mediaranke@gmail.com

You must have the legal capacity and, where acting for a business, authority to enter into a service agreement.

2. Website Use and Service Agreements

Please use this website lawfully and respect these terms. If you do not accept these website terms, discontinue use.

Submitting an enquiry or requesting an audit does not create an obligation to purchase services. A service engagement begins when both parties accept its scope and commercial terms in writing, including by email or an accepted order.

An accepted proposal, statement of work or service agreement takes precedence over these terms where they conflict.

3. Scope of Services

Services may include SEO, local SEO, content marketing, link building, guest posting, press release distribution and advertising management.

Deliverables, timelines, fees, revisions and responsibilities are those agreed in writing. Additional requests or changes may require a revised fee and schedule. Website descriptions, examples and package summaries do not replace the accepted scope.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and authorised access needed to complete the work. You are responsible for:

  • Having the necessary rights to supplied content, trademarks, images and data.
  • Ensuring your business, products and claims comply with applicable laws.
  • Reviewing materials when approval is requested.
  • Maintaining ownership and control of your business accounts.
  • Maintaining appropriate backups unless backup management is included in our scope.
  • Obtaining any necessary permissions for personal information supplied to us.

Delays in access, information or approval may affect delivery dates. Silence does not count as approval unless a specific process has been agreed in writing.

5. Fees, Advertising Spend and Payment

Prices, currency, applicable taxes, payment dates and any deposit will be stated in the accepted quotation or invoice. Advertising spend, publisher fees, software subscriptions and other third-party charges are included only where expressly stated.

Recurring services, any minimum term and renewal arrangements must be disclosed before purchase. We will not introduce an undisclosed recurring charge.

If an undisputed payment becomes overdue, we may suspend affected work after written notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. Any late charges must be agreed and legally permitted.

6. SEO and Advertising Results

We will perform the agreed services with reasonable care and skill. We do not guarantee particular search rankings, indexing, traffic, leads, sales, revenue or advertising returns.

Results depend on factors outside our control, including competition, platform policies, algorithm updates, website condition, budgets and client implementation. Forecasts and previous results are illustrative rather than promises of future performance.

7. Publishers, Backlinks and Third-Party Platforms

Publishers and platforms retain control over their editorial decisions, policies and availability. Unless specifically agreed, we cannot guarantee permanent publication, indexing, link attributes or unchanged page content.

Any placement requirements, replacement period or remedy must be stated in the accepted scope. Paid placements and advertising must follow applicable disclosure requirements and relevant platform policies.

Where a third party changes or removes content, we will apply any remedy expressly agreed for that placement.

8. Content, Ownership and Confidentiality

You retain ownership of materials you supply. You authorise us to use them as reasonably necessary to deliver the agreed work.

Unless otherwise agreed, ownership of original final deliverables created specifically for you transfers after full payment. Our existing templates, tools, methods and know-how remain ours; we grant the rights needed to use any elements incorporated into your paid deliverables. Third-party materials remain subject to their own licences. Publisher-hosted pages remain under the publisher’s control.

Each party will protect the other’s confidential information and share it only where needed for the engagement or legally required. We will obtain permission before using non-public client work or results in promotional case studies.

9. Cancellations, Refunds and Termination

Cancellation rights, notice periods, minimum commitments and any agreed refund terms must be stated in the accepted service agreement.

Unless that agreement or applicable law provides otherwise, you may cancel work not yet performed by written notice. You remain responsible for properly completed work and authorised, non-recoverable third-party commitments incurred before cancellation. Unearned prepaid fees will be reconciled and any amount due returned.

Either party may terminate for a material breach that remains unresolved after written notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy it. On termination, we will agree any necessary handover, reconcile outstanding fees and remove access no longer required.

Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer cancellation, refund or other statutory right.

10. Acceptable Use and External Links

You must not misuse the website or our services for unlawful activity, malware, fraud, impersonation, unauthorised access or infringement of another person’s rights.

External links are provided for convenience. We do not control third-party websites, and their own terms apply.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from business use of our website or services. We remain responsible for losses caused by our breach or negligence to the extent required by applicable law.

Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Any specific monetary liability cap must be agreed in the service contract.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Accepting these terms does not constitute consent to optional marketing or tracking. Additional data processing terms will be agreed where required for client services.

13. Events Outside Reasonable Control

Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events outside its reasonable control, provided it promptly notifies the other party and takes reasonable steps to reduce the impact. If the disruption continues, the parties will discuss revised arrangements or termination and reconcile fees for work performed and undelivered services.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

Unless an accepted service agreement states otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Subject to any mandatory rights concerning jurisdiction, disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.

Please first contact mediaranke@gmail.com so we can try to resolve a concern promptly.

15. Changes and Contact

We may update these website terms prospectively by publishing a revised version with an updated date. Changes will not retrospectively alter an existing service agreement without agreement or a valid contractual basis.
